In our continuing effort to openly and publicly offer opportunities to work with the Halton Hills Chamber of Commerce, we would like to offer the following RFP:

Open bid for the Florals services for our Halton Hills Business Excellence Awards Gala 2023.

Please submit the form below if you can meet or exceed the following criteria:

• Creation and assembly of 10-20 centerpieces, with the flexibility to add more if needed
• Delivery of the pre-assembled centerpieces (vessel included) to the event venue by 3:00 on the day of         the event

Our Dinner Gala and Awards Ceremony will be held on Wednesday, October 25th, 2023 at Granite Ridge Golf Club with approximately 150+ attendees. Please ensure that you submit your proposal no later than August 25th, 2023 at 5pm. Membership within the Halton Hills Chamber of Commerce is considered an asset, but is not required. Only those whom we are interested will be contacted. Thank you for your time and proposal.
