Join us on September 12th for our 2022/2023 Annual General Meeting & Election of Directors for 2023/2024.

Registration and networking will take place from 8:30am - 8:45am
AGM to start at 9:00am.

This event will take place at the Halton Hills Sports Museum, inside the Mold-Masters Sportsplex at 221 Guelph St. Georgetown, Ontario. Coffee and light snacks will be provided.

REPORT OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS NOMINATING COMMITTEE  

The Board Recruitment Committee consists of Chair Stephen Stoute, Chair-Elect Sean Ashbee, Director at Large Karen McBride and Secretary Melanie Frazer.

The following is the recommendation of this committee for the proposed Slate of New Directors for 2023 – 2024. This slate of Directors was approved by the Board of Directors on August 17th, 2023

NEW DIRECTORS FOR ELECTION

2. Prince John, Director                Business Development Bank of Canada
3. Sam Karunanithi, Director        Lawrie Insurance Group

All have agreed to serve on the board for a three-year term.
