In our continuing effort to openly and publicly offer opportunities to work with the Halton Hills Chamber of Commerce, we would like to offer the following RFP:

Open bid for the Graphics services for our Quarterly Business Magazine. The Business Magazine will be an online magazine-style document that lives on our website and people can flip through the pages and consume content, including news articles, advertising and advertorials.

There will be varying sizes of ads, using both text and images, plus written articles. Within your proposal clearly identify the amount of notice required to provide the products and/or services by the date specified.

Please submit the form below if you can meet or exceed the following criteria:

- A magazine-style directory using ISSUU software

- Indicate what file formats you will require

- Ability to update ads and articles quarterly

- Ability to provide the products and/or services by October 1, 2023

Our Business Magazine will go live, October 1, 2023, on our website. All proposals must be submitted to the Chamber office no later than 5 pm on Tuesday, August 5, 2023. The contract will not necessarily be awarded to the lowest bidder. Only those whom we are interested will be contacted. Thank you for your time and proposal.
