In our continuing effort to openly and publicly offer opportunities to work with the Halton Hills Chamber of Commerce, we would like to offer the following RFP:

Open bid for the Audio / Video / Staging services for our HHCC Business Excellence Awards being held October 25, 2023.

Please submit the form below if you can meet or exceed the following criteria:

• Audio (Mixer, speakers, mics, audio snake etc) – provide audio & music
• Video Production (switcher, laptop, playback pro, video wall etc)
• Lighting (lighting board, lights etc)
• Staging (pipe & drape, podium, etc)

This event will be a full award ceremony production, with an audience of 150+ in attendance. Please ensure you submit your proposal no later than August 11^th at 5pm.
