TurtleCreek Landscaping is hiring an experienced Hardscape Crew Member to join our design-build division in Halton Hills.

We build premium patios, retaining walls, pools, fire features, and complete backyard oasis environments. This is not entry-level labour. We are looking for individuals who understand precision, grade, compaction, and craftsmanship.

Responsibilities:
• Installation of patios, retaining walls, and stone features
• Site prep, excavation assistance, grading and base prep
• Working with concrete, stone, and hardscape materials
• Operating tools and equipment safely and professionally
• Maintaining high-quality standards on every project

Requirements:
• Proven hardscaping or construction experience
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to perform physically demanding work daily
• Professional attitude and team reliability
• Valid driver’s license preferred
