The Role:
As an Independent HR Consultant, you will engage in versatile and dynamic HR work, ranging from employee relations and policy development to talent management and organizational design. No two days will be exactly alike, offering you the opportunity to leverage your expertise across diverse client needs and industries.

What We’re Looking For:
- 5–6 years of progressive, hands-on HR experience.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to varying client environments.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently as a contractor.
