 Part-Time Administrative Assistant (Accounts Payable and Administrative Support)

Location: The Club at North Halton – Georgetown, ON
Schedule: Part-Time (Flexible hours, seasonally up to 15 hours/week)
Start Date: Immediate

 

Position Overview:
The Club at North Halton is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support our Finance Department. This role is primarily focused on full cycle accounts payable processing, with the immediate goal of posting payables and uploading the daily revenue items. You will also lend administrative support to the Finance Department , ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of day-to-day accounting functions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Match invoices to packing slips, code and enter vendor invoices into the Jonas accounting system
  • Assist with posting daily revenue, as required
  • Assist with filing and administrative tasks as needed
  • Support the Finance team with ad hoc projects


Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an accounting support role an asset
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with accounts payable procedures and basic accounting principles
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and Outlook)
  • Experience with Jonas Club Software or other accounting platforms considered an asset
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
