For over two decades, through the development of time-saving processes, policies, programs and Human Resources best practices, Lesley has specialized in improving productivity and retention at Bay Street law firms. Having graduated with high honours in Human Resource Management, she excelled in the field at both a national law firm and a litigation boutique.

Lesley offers HR Subscription Services (see website for more information), as well as just-in-time advice, and fixed-price project work.  

The core HR services offered are onboarding/orientation, performance reviews, employee relations and HR policies. Please ask about our cost-effective policy and employment contract templates. Lesley offers full recruitment support to her subscription clients.
