I am a finance professional with more than 20 years of experience leading finance departments across various companies in six countries, including Canada, with oversight of Accounting, Human Resource, IT, Administration, Risk Management, Audit, and Operations. 

My career began at Ernst & Young, where I gained exposure to a wide range of audit and special audit engagements, building a strong foundation in financial discipline and risk management.

I believe in doing what is right over what is convenient. I value integrity, collaboration, and creating meaningful impact. I am driven by purpose and persistent in delivering positive, practical results for the businesses I work with. 

Outside of work, I enjoy playing golf, although my passion for the game does not necessarily reflect on my scorecard.

With an MBA and professional designations in internal audit and accounting, I am easy to work with and committed to helping business owners strengthen financial performance, improve governance, and prepare for sustainable growth.
