SHERIDAN CONFERENCE CENTRE & SERVICES
Located in the beautiful lakefront town of Oakville, Ontario, the Sheridan Conference Centre is a beautiful, functional space with accommodations for a variety of events. The venue boasts 7,000 square feet of event space and provides easy access to Pearson International Airport, downtown Toronto, and Niagara Falls. If you are looking for a way to minimize distractions for your conference guests while also providing options for downtown extracurricular activities, Oakville is the perfect fit.
Most rentals include Wi-Fi and basic AV. Complimentary parking is provided in the Conference Centre. Onsite catering and bar services are available, and Sheridan Conference Centre offers the assistance of dedicated, on-site conference coordinators and A/V technicians to ensure that your planned event runs as smoothly as possible.
Between all three of Sheridan’s campuses (Oakville, Brampton, or Mississauga), we have many different event spaces suitable for any function:

• Flexible classrooms (seating up to 48 guests with some area with a maximum of 60 guests)
• Flexible classrooms (seating up to 48 guests with some area with a maximum of 60 guests)
• Lecture halls (seating for up to 172 guests)
• Theatre space with large performance stage
• Specialty labs (computer, chemistry, textile, nursing, PARE testing, etc.)
• Dance and yoga studios
• Gymnasiums and soccer fields
• Parking lots for large outdoor festivals
• Cafeterias and pubs with casual indoor and outdoor seating areas
The Conference Services team is well-rounded with many years of professional experience in conference planning, event production, camps, and film projects. We are excited to help bring your vision to life and find the right space for your event needs from the wide range of rental spaces including the Conference Centre, classrooms & lecture halls, boardrooms, outdoor space, and theatre. The team also has an in-house event audio-visual (AV) technologist, to assist with all your AV needs and setups.
