Through the free Employ Ability initiative, employers can connect with post-secondary students and recent graduates who have disabilities while gaining access to recruitment tools, training, and support designed to strengthen their workforce. 

Participating employers receive:

• A complimentary 12-month Jobs Ability Canada license (valued at up to $10,000) and access to an AI-driven recruitment platform connecting employers with over 1,700 job seekers who have disabilities
• Free inclusive hiring training and resources
• Talent matching support
• Wage subsidy opportunities and connections to community resources
